The survival of ADO Den Haag is in danger. This is reported by Voetbal International.

The club management announced on Thursday that the club could look positively ahead.

ADO has been on sale for a longer period of time. Last season, the club from The Hague relegated from the Eredivisie and so it plays in the Keuken Kampioen Division this season.

The Lentze/Jol Group is the only party that would still be in the race to take over the club, but they would like to take over the stadium and parking spaces. This would involve an amount of 10 million euros.

Jan van Zaanen, the mayor of the city, needs time to consider this offer. However, the 2nd term for the guarantee of the KNVB of 5 million euros will expire on Friday. If the Hagenese do not have this amount together by mid-October, it will lose its professional license.
